With over twenty years of experience in construction industry we provide services in structural and civil engineering as well as architectural design. We offer my clients individual approach, commitment and reliability at reasonable price.
All project are covered by Public Indemnity Insurance of £1 million pounds.
Structural surveys and advice
Based on vast experience and knowledge we can provide practical and cost effective solutions to most of the structural problems. Structural surveys are offered in London and Surrey.

Structural design, calculations and drawings
During the structural design process, architectural vision is always strongly reflected, with particular emphasis not only on creating solid and economical structures but also aesthetically pleasing solutions. Over 160 structural projects completed in London and Surrey, including: basements, conversions of large houses into multiple flats, remodelling, extensions, retaining walls and swimming pools.
Design in steel, timber, reinforced concrete, and masonry. From simple beams to 3D structural models.
Calculations for simple beams start from £90+VAT
Architectural drawings and planning applications
We have been working on over 30 successful planning applications in London and Surrey, with various degree of complexity and size, including listed buildings and properties in conservation areas. We specialize in loft conversions, extensions, and internal alterations of residential and commercial properties.
